Everybody can make chocolate:

This instructional film was recorded in Namau, Fiji, during Cocoa Bello's first workshop. The purpose was to get the cocoa farmers familiar with their crop and to make them realize how easily chocolate is actually made. The cocoa farmers were divided into five groups and made two different chocolates per group. The flavors that were chosen for each group depended on which crops the farmers had as alternative incomes. Beekeepers sweetened with honey, vanilla cultivators used their vanilla, etc.

Recorded in Namau, Fiji, June 1st, 2007.
